How do I top up my wallet?
Go to your dashboard, click Wallet → Top up, choose your preferred cryptocurrency, and send the exact amount to the wallet address shown. Our admin team reviews and confirms your payment, then your balance is credited automatically.
Which cryptocurrencies do you accept?
We currently accept Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), USDT, BNB, Solana (SOL), and USDC. Our admin can add new coins at any time.
Bookings
How long does booking approval take?
Most bookings are reviewed and approved within 1–4 hours. You will receive an email notification and can also track the status from your dashboard.
What happens if my booking is declined?
If your booking is declined, you will receive an email with the reason. The full amount is refunded back to your wallet balance automatically.
Can I cancel or modify my booking?
Yes, depending on the airline's fare rules and visa processing stage. Contact our support team as soon as possible if you need to make changes. Applicable fees may apply.
Visa
Can I apply for a visa and book a flight together?
Yes. You can use the "Flight + Visa" tab on our search bar to initiate both at the same time. Both are tracked from the same dashboard.
How do I track my visa application?
You can monitor your visa application's progress directly from your dashboard. Status updates such as Submitted, Under Review, Approved, or Additional Documents Required will be displayed in real time.
What documents are required for a visa application?
Requirements vary by destination country, but commonly requested documents include:
Valid passport,
Passport photograph,
Proof of accommodation,
Flight itinerary,
Bank statements,
Supporting travel documents,
Specific requirements will be shown during the application process.

When will I receive my flight ticket?
Once your booking has been approved and payment confirmed, your electronic ticket (e-ticket) will be sent to your registered email address and will also be available for download from your dashboard.
